House of Planets is an interactive Vedic astrology chart and AI interpretation tool. It computes your sidereal birth chart using classical Vedic methods and allows you to explore the chart through a guided AI dialogue.
The chart is calculated using the Vedic sidereal system with Lahiri ayanamsha and Whole-Sign houses. Nine classical planets are used: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. All birth times are interpreted as Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30).
You will need:
Birth date — enter in the date picker (any date from 1900 onward, not future).
Birth time — use 24-hour format (HH:MM). If the exact time is unknown, use 06:00 as a default and note that rising sign / house placements will be approximate.
Place of birth — type the city name and select from the dropdown. Latitude and longitude are filled automatically. Only IST timezone is supported in this version.
If you see an error after submitting your birth data: verify that a city was selected from the dropdown (not typed manually), check that the birth date and time are valid, then click the button again. If the problem persists, refresh the page and try again. Contact admin@houseofplanets.in if errors continue.
The AI provides educational interpretations of chart placements based on classical Vedic texts and principles. Responses describe patterns and tendencies — they are not predictions, diagnoses, or prescriptions. The system is designed to prompt reflection, not to direct decisions.
Your birth chart is free to generate. Individual identity-layer elements are one-time purchases. The Dialogue subscription (₹501/month) opens the Living Dialogue and every planet chamber — your first 3 messages are free, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Your account stores: email address, birth data (name, date, time, location), the generated chart, AI-generated insights for each Identity Layer section, your Living Dialogue and planet chamber history, and records of your purchases. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors and never stored by us. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Each account supports one birth profile update (this replaces your chart and clears your chats). You can access the profile editor from the settings gear icon once your chart is loaded.
