How we handle grievances

The fastest way to raise a grievance is the feedback/contact button inside the app — it creates a tracked record. If you've already deleted your account, email admin@houseofplanets.in instead.

We aim to acknowledge any grievance within 48 hours of receipt and to resolve it within 30 days, as required under Indian law.

Data Protection Board (India)

If you are in India and are not satisfied with how we handle a data-protection grievance, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
