What House of Planets is

House of Planets provides Jyotish (Vedic astrology) natal chart calculation and AI-assisted interpretation, including conversational readings. All outputs are for informational and self-reflective purposes only. They are not predictions of fact and are not professional advice of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We use the birth date you provide to verify your age, and we will not create an account or generate a chart for anyone under 18. By using House of Planets you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your account

You may register with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

House of Planets offers one-time purchases (individual identity-layer elements) and one recurring subscription — the Dialogue subscription (₹501/month), which opens the Living Dialogue and every planet chamber. The price shown at checkout is what you pay.

Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from within the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies only from your next renewal.

Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe (outside India) and Razorpay (in India). We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No medical, legal, or financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological interpretation. Consult qualified professionals for health, legal, and financial matters. The Service does not diagnose, treat, or predict outcomes.

AI-generated content

Readings and chat replies are generated by AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Different sessions may interpret the same chart differently. Treat all output as reflective prompts, not statements of fact, and use your own judgment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, to abuse rate limits or automated access, or to use it in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service or other users.

Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of House of Planets are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of the birth data and personal information you provide, and may use your own generated readings for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of interpretation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On account deletion, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
